Home user Wellness Guide

It maybe a surprise to see such a short guide. But it is often the simplest of things that make the biggest and most profound difference. Often the more restrictive a system or way (of life) the more illness, inflexibility, stagnation and unhappiness occurs....
Below is a simple step guide for daily living that should suit most lifestyles, for lifestyles less than perfectly balanced there are some recommended products to help you achieve your full wellness state. Remember prevention is better than cure...

  1. Eat a clean and balanced diet.

  2. Twice a day connect with nature

  3. Improve your local environment

  4. Strengthen the body

  5. Strengthen the mind

  6. Do something every day that makes you (and other people around you) smile

  7. Take steps to understand and make peace with yourself and the universe

  1. Eat foods that are in season and that are as unprocessed as possible, preferably organic. If it gives you more energy eat more of it, if it gives you less energy or makes you feel sluggish or tired eat less of it. By energy we mean a quality and sustained energy not a sugar rush from processed foods.

  2. Connecting with nature will give you more energy to face life's challenges as well as increasing your general well being. Mediation outdoors, going for a walk, gardening and other activities that get you outside breathing fresh air will all help.

  3. Purifying and energising your immediate environment at home and in the office will give you greater energy and less toxins for your body to process. Adding negative ions is one great way to energise your living/working space.

  4. The benefits of exercise has been well documented and proven over the years. Exercise has also been proven to reduce depression and increase your overall well being. Simple exercise like walking the dog, cycling to work or playing sports are just easy ways to keep active

  5. Keeping the mind healthy, active and balanced is also a very important consideration to your wellness.

  6. Smiles are infectious, if you are not sure just try it and see the exponential result.

  7. Developing and balancing your spirit is a quest that has driven man for many millennium, with basic questions like; where are we from, where are we going and what is our purpose. Understanding the universe and ourselves (- ultimately the same thing) can bring great insight and easily effect our happiness and health.
