Masaru Emoto

Masaru Emoto was born in Yokohama in July 1943. He graduated from the International Relations course in the Department of Humanities and Sciences at Yokohama Municipal University. In 1986 Masaru Emoto established the I.H.M. Corporation in Tokyo. In October of 1992 Masaru Emoto received certification from the Open International University as a Doctor of Alternative Medicine. Subsequently Ihe was introduced to the concept of micro cluster water in the US and Magnetic Resonance Analysis technology. The quest thus began to discover the mystery of water. Masaru Emoto undertook research of water around the planet not so much as a scientific researcher but as an original thinker, as a human being. At length Masaru Emoto realized that it was in the water crystal that water showed us its true nature. He continue with this experimentation and have written a variety of well-received books in Japanese. Some of these books are translated into various languages. Masaru Emoto is currently the head of the I.H.M.General Research Institute Inc., the President of I.H.M.Inc.and the chief representative of I.H.M.'s HADO Fellowship.

In 2006 Emoto pubished a paper together with Dean Radin in the peer-reviewed Journal of Science and Healing in which they claim to have proven in a double blind test during which 2000 people who prayed in Tokyo that those people could increase the aesthetic appeal of water stored in a room in California compared to water in another room

The research of Dr. Masaru Emoto captures frozen water crystals in photographs that present a glimpse into the mysterious response of water to thoughts, words and pictures. As part of the United Nation’s International Decade for Action: Water for Life, Dr. Emoto wishes to share his discoveries about the responsive nature of water with children around the world. Beginning in 2006, "The Message of Water" children’s book , will be provided to all the children in the world at no cost within the decade. This effort is called the “EMOTO PROJECT.”

Dr. Emoto and many of his readers believe that water holds the potential to create peace on earth. Dr. Emoto and many of his readers believe by holding the intention of peace towards water ― by thinking, speaking and acting with the intention of peace toward water ― water can and will bring peace to our bodies and to the world.
