I can connect to anyone/anything I need. You are not bound to only "memories" of this sphere. For instance, you can connect with any being that has developed more than our five senses. Of course this will take conscious awareness on your part, awareness of who/what you are trying to connect with. It can be a stepping stone to developing telepathy if you get the hang of it.
