I use it with the welz manifestation programs or along with xtrememind CDs such as mlf da babe.

Instead of playing a frequency from a frequency generator software or app, I play something like DNA Activator Max mp3 or sometimes mlf da babe or KA which have many frequencies I want and gives me better results.
