Cosimano is a fantastic inventor, I think his psionic helmet was a real breakthrough, although for the average person it's not that easy to operate and get it to work. I tried a friends once, that was based on the Cosimano model and could not get a good rate on it, and by rate I mean turning the dials and using a stick pad, as you would on any old style radionic device.

I would not doubt it works though, but Cosimano was so expert at getting a proper rate on his boxes and so forth, it was hard to do what he did. It makes me wonder if the real reason Welz never made a helmet is because it would really be a great piece of technology that would put amazing power in the hands of the operator.
