Does the Zero stay there all the time or does it change after a while ?

If the target photos are causing the problem then I suggest you re-size or crop the images and resave them. EasyRAD might be having a problem reading the target photo correctly.

Depends on the photo. Sometimes it will pick up. I work round it easily enough, but thought I'd mention it.

And something else. When I opened CS8 Free yesterday, EasyRAD suddenly opened and configured itself again, like a repeat of the final part of the installation. Nothing changed, though.
