Conditioning does improve on it's own as well, but it can be greatly helped if you also exercise.
You do not have to push yourself at all though.
Merely using the new strength and endurance as you gain it will keep things going upward at full speed.
The time frame pattern I described is typical. You change on a non-physical level first (field level). That is the part that takes time for your system to accept and integrate.
Then the deep cellular level (physical DNA change) follows and finally the consequential visible external level.
Use the item 24h a day. That can make a big difference, more so for items of this nature.
Tape it to some part of your body if necessary.
