In the future perhaps offering e-books related to methods that have been researched and developed, rather than "programs" when there isn't enough time to provide support might be a better option?

There seems to be an amount of clinginess that this seems to produce, maybe it's less useful.

Anyway good luck to everyone, I rather like the methods we were taught.
