Since I have discovered this power called Love I have been using it with incredible results. It has been an amazing journey...

And I am also grateful to the work of Mr. Klaus Joehle, who wrote an outstanding book about his discovery of Love in an autobiographic story that he made available to download for free on his website.

The technique outlined by Qin and also Klaus is very powerful on its own and I suggest anyone interested in healing and self-discovery to try it.
This is the basic how-to: Relax, imagine a warm glow of pure Love at your chest, let it to spread to any part your body or anywhere else.
After doing this for some time I have started to use my imagination to see what would be the limits of this amazing power, that seems to stream forth without limits from the heart when called upon.

This thread is about where to exactly send this Love for rapid and powerful inner healing. Let me give you a little background: the health of your body is controlled by the endocrine glands. Infact, every aspect of your physical, mental and emotional well being is someway related to the functioning of these glands.
Spiritually, they are the physical counterpart of the chakras, that are the energetic structures controlling them. Spirituality at physical level is all about bio-chemistry, so when a chakra goes out of balance the endocrine gland associated with it starts to produce hormones that will have a deteriorating effect on your body, making you feel in certain way. Long story short, when the all the glands function optimally there is radiant physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

I think you now understand how to work with Love for this kind of healing... you just need to imagine Love going to every endocrine gland, and getting full of this energy. (There is no need to be very accurate with the visualization, I find it effective just to focus on the image of the Energy going to the glands. It is the intent that matters.). I usually do this more than once, with a maximum of 7 since it's very powerful and I can feel the effects almost immediately.
I would like to emphasize that no harm can come from Love, it seems like it has an Intelligence of its own, so feel free to experiment.

Even if it might seem no big change from the original technique, I personally find that the effect is much more concentrated and powerful this way.
The benefits of it are just too many to enlisten, especially from a psycho-spiritual perspective. I really encourage everyone who resonates with this information to try the method and see with themselves.
