Many people find that rubbing the stickpad and trying to set the rates while visualising can be a real pain, so Elroy devised a nice little method of setting the rates using a Calculator's 'random' function:
Simply visualise your desired trend/goal and press the random button function thrice on a calculator to get your rates, enter these on the Rad 5 machine. Your rates are set.
