Before I spend any more time and effort down this avenue, I would like to know if there is actually any demand for a Mac version and how much you would be willing to pay for it. It would definitely be higher than the current $40 PC version.

At least $60. It depends on the extra time/effort an cost it takes me to develop it. $60 is still peanuts compared to the price of the other SW out there.
