Its quite simple. Just use a simple energy structure. Man are composed of Spirit (mental) Astral (emotional physical energy) Etheric (base physical energy..) and then of course the body. So it is essentially bringing down the energies from the heavens of "Celestial Prana" (astral spirits), and raising energy from the primordial current of earth (etheric soul energy) and then mixing and combining it. This is the stuff Gods are made of....the body is simply a vessel.

So you use this same process and imbue a mirror with this same energy and then program it. The mirror is the vessel, avatar, body. <span class="postbody">
