I went after a name once, but when asking about letters from specific languages I couldn't get anywhere. Then the image of a circle popped up, I drew a circle with 1 to 10 and followed the numbers instructed. I came out with a simple symbol a bit like the jesus fish standing on its tail. The name was a symbol in that case.
