About the main topic... I have meditated on the lower dan tien and every time I find myself pleasurably grounded after the practice. Doing the body method it's a different thing... you get grounded too but in a more forceful way, if you get earth energy up your legs. I look forward to open the dantien, and I wonder if the best way is by focusing there or if by other means (meditating on the breath for example), eventually the dantien opens by itself. Maybe when kundalini reaches to it?
