An official at Yemeni presidential office said Saleh on Friday renewed his welcome to the offer of the GCC, but rejected Qatari prime minister's remarks on Yemen, according to Saba.
Saleh had phone conversations Friday evening with leaders of the GCC states except the emir of Qatar.
