This only appears to happen on a few Win7 systems and seems to be related to the graphics chip or driver.
The solution to this is to do the following,
-Browse to the EasyRad installation folder
-Right click on EasyRAD.exe and select properties from the menu
-Click on the Compatibility tab
-Place a check mark in each of the following checkboxes.
*Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service
pack 3)
* Disable Visual Themes
* Disable Desktop Composition
* Disable display scaling on high DPI settings
