At first I don't felt anything wearing this...but after 2-3 days I felt some kind of "heaviness" and my blood pressure went up. I have to make sure if it's really this pendant that causes it, taking it off the heaviness gradually gone and then after few days wear it again then 3 days again the heaviness returned. I've tried this many times and decided not to wear it...except if I am suffering from heavy flu and colds or fever I think it's energy helps in that way. But I couldn't recommend it as a protection for emf coz it didn't work for me...I don't felt protected wearing it. Maybe it has some kind of energy whatever in it that are not that suitable for my system.
