Ok, this is the deal, I have utilized Ho'oponopono in a 24/7 constant meditation for the last couple month's and it has proven to heal and self correct every aspect of my life. My relationships, job, business, and thought life has improved greatly. Just saying I love you, thank you alone at times does the same thing. You don't even have to feel anything when saying it in your mind or out loud. I feel that the premise behind this is that if the only thing that is cycling through your head is I love you, and thank you, what else can get through, you are catching all the mind chatter with it and leaving the subconscious with nothing to work with but love. So everything connected to love is on a higher level of vibration and you start attracting things on higher levels of your being. You don't even have to have an intention, the intentions that you have already stated start to manifest through the love that you are sending out to the Devine. This communication is intended for the Devine within, after which the clearing begins and what's left behind is love being perpetuated through mind, installed in subconscious, and delivered to the super consciousness. I love you, thank you, catches all habitual responses that do not benefit you and your highest good, so instead of responding to negativity, you clean at this time and everything changes and miracles begin to happen right before your eyes. I am witnessing this in my life now! I decided to take this to another level when one day I was traveling to work and this chant just came out of the void and I start singing it, I became high as a kite. Two days later it happened again while I was in the Mall, with even more energy and intent to be expressed, so I started recording it. Dr. Hew Len cleans with these words focused on the Devine with his eyes turned upwards so that there is a release through THETA, so the idea came to mind to let this chant that was flowing through my heart, ride on a binaural/Isochronic tone for faster delivery to the subconscious mind. You know how a particular song can get stuck in your mind and you can't get rid of it........same principle! If this chant is all that's running, then the only real thing in this world which is, love, joy, and abundance, can flow through without any blocks in the way, which are related to, fear, doubt, and worry........Makes sense right? The way to listen to this track is when you first wake up in the morning (at least within 5 minutes of waking) and right before bed, and with headphones for stronger more immediate results. You can also just listen throughout the day for more reinforcement, as long as your not handling any power equipment or driving. This track will yield accumulative effects in every area of your life: relational, intellectual, spiritual, financial, and physical. I also realize that not everything is for everybody, so if you are interested you have to make up your own mind if it's for you or not. I can only advise on what effects it has had on me as well as my clients. There are always things happening in the esoteric realm that we are unaware of, I just have fun with the process without expectation and later I see the results through by being aware of the changes taking place in how the world responds to me now!
