there's actually one specific behavior that i want to change in myself. this is oversleeping! haha. for the CASE, i imagine myself oversleeping. for the NEW, i imagine myself getting up at 6am and being very active and not procrastinating.
other suggestions as to how i can eliminate this behavior using hamr or other techniques/tools?
