Dale Power's jewelry emit no such thing and nor do they have to. They instead deal almost exclusively with yin (which in my opinion is where the real "juice" lies as far as manifestations go).

Note that it is required that one sustain focused awareness as close to Epsilon as possible to create a highly effective field (in other words, become consciously as yin as possible, and the "deeper" we go, the more yin this alters our consciousness from the more yang beta/gamma levels).
