@conan1071: I found a good source of information on the topic to be the 'brick walls and beliefs' workshop from bashar: http://www.bashar.org/store.html

It will help you technically identify when a belief is aligned or not, such as by feeling example:

- False/negative/unaligned beliefs typically feels restrictive as a sensation in the body (example: i need to work or i will die - this feels crushing when you pay attention)

- True/positive/aligned beliefs typically feel expansive, peaceful/joy (example: I can manifest anything that i am passionate about).

I see there are a variety of videos on youtube about this sessions that you can checkout if you want a preview first.


People often get stuck at this phase as they have never been shown or experienced a taste of 'what you really are' at an energetic level - so they get lost in what is real or not. Also, no one can explain this to you... you have to experience it. I have had 2 amazing previews that play a massive role in my progress. You can get such an experience - ask for it every night for say... 3 nights in a row, without expectation. Do not be afraid of what you see - relax and receive... If you get your preview, it will be the most amazing experience of your life!

There is quite allot of information in the workshop - Including a diagram that you can remember to help you understand negative beliefs - how they work and perpetuate themselves... different 'structures' of negative beliefs and so on. Important techniques that you can use for the rest of your life is in there too...

It works pretty well and helped me - including moving from 11 years of smoking, to stopping cold turkey without much hassles (ok his other sessions also played a roll in that and i have been studying and applying his stuff for quite some time). Dealing with past trauma, such as childhood trauma which people normally never get rid of... and so on.

Good luck, and remember to see at least 1 positive aspect in everything in life as that will become your default perspective of energy.
