If I can just return to my original post. Anthon what you mention here is what I feel - a burning in my face. I currently limit my use of my chigens to avoid this. You seem very knowledgeable about this - do you know how to go about cultivating the ability to withstand more chi, or how to dissipate an excessive build up of chi?

I have tried grounding exercises and I practise Qi Gong - both of which are definitely helping, but I would like to develop the ability to block chi when I am "full", as most other people seem to be able to do.

Well, if you think that your problems come from an overload which chi energy then I suggest you stop using your generators for some time and see what happens.


After all who needs external chi generators to succeed in life. Most successful businessmen in this world never heard of them nor are they very intelligent. Look at Richard Branson (a billionaire). He had faith, determination and attracted success.

Chi energy:

Chi generators produce "life force", a form of energy that is considered useful for the body and mind. However this "artificial" chi energy is not of the same type and quality as the life force that enters your body through the chakra system. I have heard from people who worked with clairvoyants that orgonite tends to produce a "dirty" energy because the resin contains toxic chemicals. That is why I am a bit critical about orgonite.

We play around with something that we do not really understand and that makes it dangerous. Unless we understand it properly we should not make excessive use of it. However some people use it extensively for their own ego driven desires and that is misleading.
Having more chi does not automatically bring you satisfaction. It may give you a thrill similar to a drug but it does not last. I think you are on the wrong track when you belive that chi is going to give you permanent satisfaction. That inner contentment comes only by knowing yourself. How to get rid of excessive chi:
Use the energy. Think, work or simply run around. The chi that is accumulated in your body will be exhausted
