In my particular case, I found some interesting feedback and useful tips like the importance of stretching exercises which I also did not give any concern before I read this. I will integrate some stretching exercises, even for just brief periods, in my daily activiites.
Another tip I received is that I practice sending compassion to thoughts and feelings that are unpleasant that may arise during the day. I will also do this.
Those are just two of several tips I received, although I'm only going to choose and practice some and not all of them.
