Hey PH, yeah I will share more of my stories for sure . I'm really loving this forum..can't believe I didn't find it earlier!!

I've been experimenting with different techniques, though I have a short attention span and haven't tested any method for longer than a week besides the Sedona Method which I've done for 2 years.

I still believe the most effective techniques are ones that clear/release blocks, so I spend more time on that rather than charging my intention.. but that's just me heh.

Btw thanks for the link, I remember reading about something similar in Psycho-Cybernetics. The challenge is in doing it daily. I feel this emotional block whenever I start new habits like that. <span class="postbody">

I have used ho'oponopono method by Dr. Hew Len about a year ago. You just chant 4 short phrases several times daily as you wish for clearing inner, outer blocks, solving problems and it worked for me several times, including minor health issues despite my initial skepticism to it.
