I can't comment on combining spell's with the CL water, since a "monster mash" of things, as you put it, could be involved. BUT they do mention on the CL/ausome water website:

You have to also remember that the Clear Light Water is something like 50X stronger than the ausome water.... so this attraction benefit you noticed should be turned way up, in some people anyway.

I almost forgot to add, I'm going to see if I can take some CL water on a daily basis and see if I get the same results.
