The seller ought to make good on items ordered but not in the package. If they cannot, you are entitled to a refund, and if it happens more than once, you should definitely consider not doing business with that seller again. You would be well within your right to tell others of the negative buying experience you had, and of the failure of the seller to make good. A seller's reputation is tied to every sale made, and all it takes is one bad deal to ruin it.
I'd take KK's hyperbole with a grain of salt, and put a little more weight to what Janie is reporting. You cold be next...
