Anyone already tried the products and techniques on his book/s and cd/s?

I was just wondering if there is any possible dangers in over-stimulating the amygdala inside the brain. I tried the "tickling the feather", and I was surprised that it really have made me to felt good...even my headaches was instantly gone. But, still, I was worried that there could be some possible side-effects of always stimulating (by imaginations) this part of our brain.

What was your thought and comment on this techniques?
