Here is my experience with this technique...
After 1 day of Amygdala clicking, I woke up in the morning and had mental projection (at least that's what I read it's called). It's like I had a movie screen behind my eyelids and was seeing a dream on that screen, but I wasn't in it. I was just watching. They say it happens when a person wakes up before his nonphysical eyes close, and it's easy to enter a lucid dream from this state. But it happened to me a couple of times before I learnt about the Amygdala technique.
After 2 days of clicking, I had my first spontaneous OBE. I woke up, because I felt I was spinning anticlockwise and had other weird sensations. After a few seconds I decided to open my eyes just a little to see what's going on, and I saw myself floating in the air upside down with my head on the pillow still attached. Then I ended up on some field with a lake nearby.
And on the third day I woke up in the morning from a strong energy movement up my spine and into my head, and it felt like I was looking at my frontal lobes from the inside and I saw different colors of light (it was more like colored dots connected with each other).
But I also meditated each night before going to sleep and used a technique to induce hypnagogic images. So I think it's a combination of things that resulted in my experience.
It's been over a week now, I still do Amygdala clicking but nothing strange anymore.
