We're awakening in this wonderful time

Kundalini Reike has helpt me a lot in my own process.
I've asked a Reiki Master if he could help me awakening my third eye.
He told me it's a process and that somehow "forcing" the third eye, whatever technique, isn't really useful/stable. Let's say your third chakra is still somewhat jammed, the energy/power of the third EYE chakra has nowhere to go and could de-stable your energy-system instead of help you.

This feels and sounds completely logical to me, with the help of Kundalini and meditation i let nature take it's course
