Also as to me dowsing, I still can't get myself interested in it. I suck too badly at it.

I think it has to do with my inability to give in to it. If I can figure out a more scientific mechanism behind how it could work, then I might take it up. <span class="postbody">You suck at it badly because you can't figure out a scientific mechanism of how it could work, therefore it doesn't.

However having figured out the mechanism, all that has happened is the ability to control how pendulum swings, thus making dowsing useless for me also.
