Now the symbolic machine would have been a lot better, as the idea and plate design is well done, it needed a better dial, and also, I am going to get some stick-on felt tip leg things to raise it up just a tad, to protect it, and also the screw top for the dial sticks out a little, where you can't lay it flat down.
I haven't tried to run anything with it. I can't say I am unhappy with it, apart from it being more expensive than it's physically worth. It looks nice, I got the dial running smooth, gonna get some felt leg tips, and I think I'll be able to work with this. For some reason my intuition tells me simpler is better.
I'm now trying to figure out a step by step instruction plan. Oh, it did come with a few papers, more the history of the machine, and how Campbell found the symbol worked as well, but kinda just touching on instructions, though I'll reread it later.
