I just now put it together, and well, the dial part is not so good a design, but I got mine working pretty good now. It's basically a plastic dial knob that sits on top of a screw. The hole in the knob is really too big(wide), and the screw is too long. So what I just did, and it seems to work well now, is I got a shorter screw, I found some in a drawer at home, and I took a small piece of tissue paper, and placed it on the knob hole, and placed that over onto the scew top, and now it turns smoothly and snuggly, and fits fine over the shorter screw. So, yeah, I'm still ok, with it, though I'd been happier if it was about half of what they charge.
