I think you need a double terminated one, that's what I used the first time I tried it.... and it worked well. I do not think a single terminated one will work.

Also, remember that this device is an EXPERIMENTAL device, which mean's you have to keep working with it and try this and try that. Don't give up on it if you can't get it to work the first few times. This device can be very subtle (which is also the way the Mark Hooten Shiva works)... so give it time.
