Wish will not make it so. There is more than wish that goes into radionic operation. Let's use that wish for a car analogy for a moment. Let's say against all odds you get a car. Now you have to support the car. Do you have the means to support the car? [LIST]

Money for Repair Bills?

Time and money for maintainence?

These are all part and parcel of "a car" without being explicitly mentioned. At 14, it is doubtful you would be allowed to have a car (by the state), and even more doubtful that your parental units will allow you are car. let alone foot the bill for one.

Now wihile in the Astral much of what you want to do is possible, this is not so on the etheric, which is only a thin step removed from the physical. It is my opinion that you need to further your understanding of what Radionics is actually capable of. While I think you're very creative and imaginative, I do not think those traits will help you without a solid grounding in the practical.

As an aside, you may notice that there aren't many (if any) miniature zombies for sale. This is not because the field is wide open, but rather because pointless artifacts cannot be created. Not radionically anyway. Any number of scammers have made ersatz "Rods of RA" out copper pipe, but that is purely physical, not involving radionics.

When you introduce radionics into the picture you also introduce will and desire, neither of which respond to "pointless" creation. You have to be totally invested in whatever you are attempting to manifest for a radionic operation to have any chance to succeed.

Therefore I suggest getting an understanding of how Radionic Operations work on a practical level, and then re-evaluating whether or not the goals you have set for yourself have a chance to succeed.
